At Ghoroya Swad, we ship our homemade food products with care to ensure they reach you fresh and intact. Please read our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or remote locations.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at the time of checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value; this will be communicated on the website or at checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We accept online payment only.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if provided). You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address including flat/house number, street, city, state, and PIN code is accurate at the time of placing the order. Ghoroya Swad is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
8. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at chatterjee.shilpa27@gmail.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for the process to raise a claim.
