Ghoroya Swad is a food products brand based in Durgapur, West Bengal, India, selling traditional homemade products including aamshotto, pickles, thekua, and similar items. We operate exclusively within India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
3. Products
All our products are handmade/homemade food items. Product descriptions, images, and weights are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the products. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing of any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to product availability.
- We accept online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation message/email after the order is placed.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery
We ship within India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Refund & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exceptions apply for damaged or incorrect products. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including brand name, logo, product images, and text is the property of Ghoroya Swad. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ghoroya Swad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Durgapur, West Bengal.
